Bio: Randall has nearly 19 years of combined experience in the military and law enforcement operation and training fields.
Randall’s previous experiences include 11 years as the Director of Logistics and Range Operations for the ALERRT Center in San Marcos, TX. The ALERRT Center is partnered with the FBI and named as the national standard for active shooter and first responder training. As of 2018, ALERRT has provided critical training to over 130,000 officers around the world. His duties included program operations, logistics, purchasing, range master, curriculum development as well as instructing classes throughout the United States.
Prior to that, Randall served on active duty in the United States Marine Corps as an Infantry Platoon Sergeant. He deployed three times before being wounded during combat operations in Iraq.
